Caroline is a science journalist and consultant to New Scientist. In her most recent book Move! The New Science of Body Over Mind, she explores the science behind how different ways of moving can provide as a hotline to our minds, which can profoundly change the way we think and feel.
Arabella is an award-winning teacher, librarian and Thinking School Co-ordinator at Notting Hill Preparatory School in London. She is passionate about bringing the latest research into education.She initiated the Move4Schools project after reading Caroline's book and became curious about the links between moving and learning.
Emily is the co-founder of Embodiment at Work. She has a degree in Contemporary Dance Performance and 15 years experience of running movement workshops to foster professional development and creative thinking. With Guy, she is working on a book on embodied learning.
